Safety and consultations: colour services require a skin patch test 48 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so will result in the service being declined colour services are not available to anyone under the age of 16 this is because salons are not insured to colour under 16s regardless of whether other salons have done so in the past I will not risk my business so please don't ask. complaints and redos: I put 100% effort into my work and stifle to make every customer happy when they leave but if for whatever reason I have failed refunds will not be given for services as products and time are still being used. However I will correct any mistakes by myself free of charge.. You must make sure you communicate your issues as soon as you are aware of them and contact the salon within 1 week of the service. Failure to do so will result in any complaint being void.
conduct: Abusive or aggressive behaviour towards myself or other clients is not tolerated and may lead to removal from the premises
